About Salary

We calculate our salary based on a 14-month calculation system in which you will receive your salary every month and two times of bonuses (June, December). The &quot;overtime working allowance&quot; is included in your salary too.

Shift Requirements

【Working hour】<br>10:00~19:00<br>Discretionary labor system, it is about 10 hr. of fixed overtime working hours a day. <br>※ There might be times where flexible working hour system applied.<br>【Days off】<br>・123 days off in a year:Weekends, holidays, 5 days summer vacation <br>・Paid leaves:According to labor regulations in Japan. <br>(For the first-year employees, you will be granted 10 days paid leaves if you work consecutively for 6 months, and with attendance rate that is above 80%)
